Mark Fletcher - CEO

Founder and CEO, Mark manages the front end of the operation with particular focus on sponsorship and advertising, NGB partnership, marketing and signup. A keen sportsman, Mark is an active rugby player as well as a passionate football, cricket and hockey fan.

Mark founded Pitchero immediately after graduating from Loughborough University where he read Economics cultivating his avid interest in sport in media and the community.

Jon Milsom - CTO

Founder and CTO, Jon previously read Physics at The University of Nottingham. As well as a gifted academic and musician Jon is a prolific self educator; teaching himself to program at the age of 15 when he founded his first Internet startup and selling the operation aged 18.

Jon is responsible for ensuring that Pitchero is the most technically innovative and robust operation of it's kind, striving for best practice delivery to the whole of Pitchero's broad user base. Jon's principal focus is systems architecture and backend development where he continually strives to improve the efficiency of the platform utilising cutting edge technology.

Andrew McCarthy - Director

Andrew, a Chartered Accountant, serves as the Financial Director of Pitchero. After 5 years advising on acquisitions in the global marketing services sector for Arthur Andersen, Andrew moved to Saatchi & Saatchi taking responsibility for the commercial management of accounts such as HP, Guinness, Lexus and LloydsTSB.

Following success at Saatchi's, Andrew gained extensive btl experience, at Wunderman before returning to Yorkshire. As well as being a Chartered Accountant, Andrew holds a Diploma in Financial Strategy from Oxford and has co-founded a number of successful start-up businesses.

Andrew Hobson - Director

As a Director and Head of Marketing at Pitchero Andrew is also the Managing Director of Fantastic Media, a full service-marketing agency based in Leeds. Andrews's role within Pitchero is to drive brand and marketing initiatives and position Pitchero as a leading global sports brand.

Andrew began his career with Tarmac Facilities Management in London looking after such brands as the arrows F1 Racing Team and the national food chain prĂȘt a manger. In 1993 Andrew was invited to join SFX (now WMG) to assist, develop and manage existing accounts predominantly within the sports industry. Working directly within the football division Andrew worked with such brands as David Beckham, Michael Owen and Alan Shearer, working with all aspects of personality management. Still with SFX Andrews previous experience within facilities promotions led him to be assigned to Sampdoria Football Club in Genoa to begin working on increasing stadia revenue streams.
