Yes. Pitchero is a free service funded by advertising. Any club can create a professional feature rich website for free. Some clubs may choose to purchase additional premium features such as a club shop or club subscription tool for a small monthly fee.

Yes. When you first create a Pitchero website the site is set to "NOT LIVE". No one else but a registered Webmaster can see the site. This gives you the chance to add content, test features and trial Pitchero before make it available to the public.
One you are happy with your Pitchero website. Set the site “LIVE” and invite members to join.

Not long. The signup process is fully automated and most clubs are live within a few hours. Content can be copied and pasted from a previous website and Webmasters may invite club members to help.

No. Pitchero is very simple to use and Webmasters require no past experience. There is no code or tricky terminology. Just select the pages you wish to publish and add content.

Yes. Clubs may add an unlimited number of teams and group teams into different sections such as Senior, Youth, Girls or Junior.
Plus, clubs may allow multiple Webmasters and Teams Admins with separate log-ins to manage each section. This ensures that each section is kept up-to-date and the workload is evenly spread between team managers.

Yes. You can continue to use your domain name with your Pitchero website.
This can be achieved by “forwarding” or “masking” the domain name.
To setup “forwarding”, log into the domain name registrar (the company who host the domain name) and look for a tool called Web Forwarding or Domain Redirection.
Powerful domain “masking” is available using the Club Creative premium feature.

Yes. Pitchero provides free unlimited hosting. There is no limit to the number of pages you can create or the number of videos and photos you can upload. Pitchero provides 24-hour back-up and downtime is very rare. Hosting is provided by Rackspace, a multinational market leading company.
Support, if required, is provided by email. We aim to answer all emails within 24 hours.

Yes. Webmasters are controlled by one Primary Webmaster who has total control over the website. The Primary Webmaster may add unlimited Secondary Webmasters to help run the website. Each Webmaster has a separate log in and can access the control panel 24/7.
The Primary Webmaster can also appoint Team Admins. Each Team Admin has a separate log in and can only access the area of the control panel specific to their team. (Example: The U15s Team Admin can only access areas of the control panel relevant to the U15s.)

Premium Features are optional features which can be added to a club website via the Webmaster Control Panel. Premium features require a small monthly fee and are designed to help clubs increase revenue and improvement management & communication.
