We are on the look-out for a group of "up for a go" juniors! So, if you have a child aged between 6 and 8 who is maybe pestering you that they want to join in with their older siblings or friends, have been taking an interest in sports or maybe you just need to find somewhere for them to get rid of an excess of energy, why not give us a go?

The sessions will be available at Keyworth Leisure Centre on a Thursday night between 6.30pm and 8.30pm (length of session to be confirmed and will take into account the children) with coach Neil and Una. As always, safety and "coachability" is important so the children will need to be able to swim 4 lengths with a reasonable technique before being accepted. It is always advised that the tri sessions are supported with additional swimming sessions - swim class, club or with family. Please ask if you need to be pointed in the right direction.

Juniors can race in the east midland junior series from the year they turn 8 in. To avoid any unnecessary pressure on 7/8 year olds points are not attributed in the races, although medals and trophies are always up for grabs :-)
