RUGBY WORLD CUP 2015!

With just under a month to go until RWC15 kicks off in England, were now urging our rugby clubs to build the excitement...
Opening Ceremony & England v Fiji on Friday 18th September at Twickenham Stadium, we want to know what you will be doing over the next month to make YOUR clubhouse the place to be!

A majority of rugby clubs have run our 'Getting Ready for RWC15' Workshops over the Summer & now is the time to action those plans... Let us know what you are doing & we will promote for you.

Your Merseyside Rugby Development Team have been hard at work over the Summer working with clubs to be in a position to grow rugby through the RWC, we have also been putting plans in place for more School, College, University rugby for both Male & Female participants. We want these numbers to transfer to growth at your clubs so any support your clubs can offer we would appreciate it. Many events are taking place across a range of Merseyside & Wirral rugby clubs, if you want to host anything please give us a shout!

We will be putting a range of news posts on here over the next 2 weeks to get you back up to speed with developments & goings on (we know we have not used it much recently) so please feel free to send us your events for extra publicity! Any events until 31st October can be branded under the Festival of Rugby, submit your event on festivalofrugby2015.com to receive templates for posters, letters & access to other materials.
