During their recent tour our u13s received a glowing write-up in the local newspaper La Dépêche du Midi

The arrticle is translated (as best I can!) below :

Last Saturday April 29, the U14s of the SCA received an Irish team: Muskerry RFC, located near the city of Cork, in the famous province of Munster, where rugby is religion with hurling and of course the Gaelic football. Our charming Irish were able to taste the joys of a Pro D2 game the day before in being invited to meet Agen-Albi. These charming heads redheads, easily recognizable in the spans of the stadium, cheerfully gave voice to encourage Albi. But the next day, it was a different story with an international match for both teams. The records will show the locals were winners and at the end of their Irish counterparts probably hampered by the first warm weather of the year, unusual in the southwest of the Ireland.

But the real story is elsewhere. This meeting was the occasion of cheerful exchanges between children and their respective teachers. Evidenced by the beautiful song intoned by the Munstermen during the group photo, the response a beautiful French rendition of la Marseillaise.

Anyway, enough to fill box memories for all those kids, and this is the most important!
