Aberaman gained a vital win against bottom club Caerau Ely. Aber who had been without a game since their 2-2 draw against Haverfordwest on 3rd December knew they needed to get all 3 points.
Aberaman started well and took the lead with a Richard Evans penalty after 15 minutes. John Phillips doubled the lead before half time to secure the points for Aber.
This win moved Aber out of the bottom three. Aber visit Bryntirion Athletic on Wednesday night and will be looking to build on this result.
