Draw That Feels Like A loss
Neither team got out of first gear in a frustrating game that wasn't helped by some dubious ruck interpretations from the man in the middle.
Both teams were allowed to encroach beyond the back foot, stifling each other of quick and continued possession.
The match was a low tempo affair and although the game ended in a draw it was clear to see that Abercynon were pleased with the outcome whilst Aberdare were left disappointed feeling that they had enough firepower to win the game.
Aberdare were held up over the Abercynon's line on 3 separate occasions and had plenty of opportunities from close range to score more tries but none of them were finished off.
The team will work hard in training to ensure a strong finish to the season and are continually trying to improve performances by rectifying errors in training every Tuesday and Thursday.
