On Tuesday the 24th April we will be holding the annual Stix Skills session. All Under 11's and Under 13's should attend training from 6.30-8.30pm. Under 9's will remain 6.30-7.30pm. For those that have taken part before you will get the chance to better your scores and see if you can obtain the pass plus award.

Stix Skills is a multi-technique award that works to improve the technique of core hockey skills such as tackling, running with the ball and shooting in a fun, game specific way. Athletes perform 6 specific exercises for 1 min each with the aim of scoring as many points as possible and trying to reach either Stix Skills or Stix skills Plus Target scores.

we are also looking for parent helpers on the night, from keeping time and scores, so if you feel you could help please let Becky Sheen know.
