Brave Boys Academy Fall at Final Hurdle
Boys beaten in final of British Colleges 5-a-side
The Boys Academy put a superb display at the British Colleges Sport NW region 5-a-side tournament. The Boys swept all their group opposition on the way to the quarter finals where they dispatched of Blackpool 6th Form. Onto the semi-final they made short work of Cheadle and Marple College to pave the way for a final against Morecambe's youth team (playing under the banner of Lancaster & Morecambe College). The final however was a game too far, and the Boys were unlucky to be on the receiving end of a 4-3 defeat.
