All tourists are reminded that the balance of the money due for the Club Tour are required NO LATER than 18th February 2012. The final cost of the tour is £416.00 per person inclusive of flights, transfers and accommodation. Anyone unable to meet the deadline should approach the Tour Committee. Anyone needing to withdraw should let the Tour Committee know asap - there is a waiting list to join.
There will be a number of fund raising nights arranged over the coming months - tourists will be expected to attend, and if unable to attend, they should at least support their own tour by purchasing tickets. Quality entertainment will be provided on each of the nights and it will give everyone an opportunity to get into training for the big event!
Fund raisers arranged so far are Saturday 4th February 2012 (Live entertainment provided by Marty & the Moon Dogs - their first live appearance in over four years), Saturday 10th March 2012 (Accoustic night - live entertainment from Alan Francis and members of the local band The Break) and Saturday 14th April 2012 (Acklam's Got Talent - featuring SLICK SERVICE AND THE SERVIETTES). All tickets £3 (or 2 for £5).
Remember boys, the more we raise on the fund raisers, the better the Tour.
