Another year has passed so here we are setting up another Annual Reunion. Response last year was first class .. almost brilliant .. and dare we hope to emulate that sort of number this year? Yes of course!!! This lunch was originated some 14 or 15 years back by one of our Past Presidents and a much respected cricketer .. Charles Michael Burrows .. and the 2017 date is now but one month away.

Unfortunately twelve months ago we sat down before Longboat arrived ,, but he did travel from Bangkok so our bad manners were a touch out of order .. but that mistake will be corrected this year! Paul is negotiating with Pam as to the Bill of Fayre so nothing will be left to chance in that direction and Crispin will unlock some reflections that will amuse us all.

And this year ……you will be having a drink or two in the plush new bar .. a really excellent improvement to the facilities .. whilst watching our 1st XI .. who got off to an excellent start beating Egham .. and they take on Kingstonian. Will this become a trend?!?

Our record attendance last Summer made for a great gathering and spawned the birth of an Addiscombe social side .. not dissimilar to the Strollers Sunday side of the eighties and nineties .. and this team will head out for the first time into the Surrey countryside on the 28th May under the stewardship of Croydon’s answer to Mino Raiola .. James Lippett .. and Ian Harris. We wish the team well and all the high points .. and low points even! .. will be recounted on the day.
