The 1's went to Staines with a weakened but determined side, Poults won the toss and decided to bat, a number of players got a start, Poults (27), Benham (22), Ramsey (25) and Saleem (38) saw ACC through to 143 all out off of 53.1 overs. In reply Staines were restricted to 112 for 8 off 46 overs, Saleem 3-22, Amin 2-24, Sudesh 2-14 and Moore 1-12 were the wicket takers but they were unable to force the win, ending with a Win Draw and 4 points.
The 2's hosted bogey team Thames Ditton and after losing the toss were asked to bat, wickets were lost at regular intervals but a good partnership between Dan Lineker (27) and Ryan Polley (41)saw ACC through to a decent total of 145 off 47 overs.
Baz Lineker decided to take the old ball and open with himself and Nashley, after 8 overs TD were 13-5, and never looked like getting near the winning total or even holding out for a draw, they were eventually all out for 46 with Nashley taking a superb 6-27 and Baz 4-18, 13 points for the 2's and they have now opened up a 20 point gap between them and Egham who they take on next week.
The 3's played Sinjungrammarians who batted first making 200-6 off 43.5 overs, in reply the 3's made a great effort in chasing down the total, Aman made 50 but they ended just 7 runs short of the win, but came away with a win draw.
A good weekend for all three teams, long may it continue!!
