This season's fourth instalment between these two sides takes place at Chalky Lane tomorrow but it is AFC Croydon Athletic who are at home.

After three meetings it is the Rams who hold the advantage having won on the opening day in the league and also 10 days ago in the Division One Cup. In between it was Chessington who triumphed in the FA Vase tie that was played at Colliers Wood.

In the league the two teams' records are in stark contrast. Chessington, who have only played 6 games, prop up the table with just 1 win whilst the Rams have six successive wins and currently head the table having played 9 games.

Chessington's game in midweek was postponed so their last outing was a home tie against Banstead Athletic when they came back from being two goals down to earn a draw. For the second week running they are playing the team at the top of the table and will be looking for an even better result than last week.

The Rams victory over Sandhurst Town capped a good performance and a sixth successive victory. Antony Williams knows he will have to make a further change to his defence as Taylor Maddock is unavailable as he begins a three match suspension.

The weather forecast is for some overnight rain and further showers on Saturday morning. The forecast for the time of the match is dry with temperatures up to 18 degrees with a southerly breeze.

Getting to Chalky Lane is straightforward from the A3 Hook Junction head toward the World of Adventures. After you pass it on the right hand side you will find Chalky Lane the next turning of the left.

This is AFC Croydon Athletic home game. Season tickets are valid and prices are £6 for adults, £4 for over 60s and £2 for under 16s. Under 12s are admitted free.

Just 4 games in Division One with none of the Rams closest rivals playing in the league. Sandhurst Town entertain Ash United, Sheerwater play Cobham and Staines Lammas play CB Hounslow United.

There are also 4 ties in the Division One Cup. Alton Town host Banstead Athletic, Farleigh Rovers play Bedfont & Feltham, Worcester Park take on Dorking and finally Eversley & California play host to Epsom Athletic in the match that will determine who the Rams will play in the next round.
