Bank Holiday football means a trip toward Brands Hatch and a first visit to take on Corinthian FC; all subject to the weather!

Corinthian FC, who sit in 8th place, 7th place are on a four game run without a win. They dropped a place when they were beaten by Cray Valley PM last Wednesday when they leapfrogged them. But they didn't have a game on Saturday so will be ready for this one and will want to get back to winning ways.

Antony Williams was disappointed with the defeat against Rochester United and are similarly 4 games without a win although 1 goal in those games is of particular concern. He also has a selection headache with several players carrying injuries that could see him try another couple of players from the Under 18s. Luke Tan, who made his debut off the bench on Saturday, was one of the positives from the game.

The weather could yet have a say. Storm Katie will blow through overnight with plenty of rain and gusts over 50mph. The rain should die out early morning and the wind will reduce in time for kick-off. As long as the rain hasn't done its worst then there could well be some sun for the match itself.

To get there from Croydon head for the M25 and follow the motorway toward the Dartford crossing. At junction 3 join the A20. Follow the A20 until you reach Scratchers Lane, turn left here and continue on this road until you reach Brands Hatch Road. Turn left and cross the M20. The road becomes Valley Road and the ground is on the right after about a mile, it is signposted from Valley Road.
