It's the longest trip of the season as the Rams head down to the south coast and look to put last week's defeat to Greenwich behind them.

Deal Town currently sit in 12th place with 32 points from 28 games. They have only lost once in their last 4 games but that was a heavy defeat against Corinthian. Their top scorer is Rene Rivera who has bagged 16 goals including 1 in their last game against Crowborough Athletic.

The Rams have lost just once in the last 6 although that was a heavy defeat against Greenwich Borough in their last outing. Antony Williams will, however, be wanting a repeat of the performance against Ashford United. Currently on 41 points from 29 games they will be looking to secure the points to consolidate that top half position.

Getting to Deal can be done by train and if you are going that far then it is worth making a day of it. It is recommended that you take the train from London St Pancras International to Ramsgate and change there for a connection to Deal.

It going by car then leave Croydon and head for the M25 and head anti-clockwise. Take the M26 and then the M20 toward Dover. Keep on the main road through Dover and follow the signs toward Deal. Pass historic Walmer Castle and then turn left onto Hamilton Road. At the end turn left onto Mill Road and then right onto Manor Road. Turn right again into St Leonards Road and the ground is about 100 yards on the right.

It is due to be overcast tomorrow and whilst there may be the odd spot of rain it should be mainly dry. It will be cold, however, at only 6 degrees with a chilly north-easterly breeze.
