Cray Valley arrive on the back of three defeats having started the season with five successive wins. A defeat against Tunbridge Wells last time out saw them drop to 9th place with 9 points in their opening five league games.
By contrast, the Rams are on the back of three successive wins. Kevin Rayner has had to wrestle with anything but a settled side, however, and the results have come despite having to make plenty of changes. The victory over Bearsted on Sunday was a good performance and also the first time the Rams had come from behind to win a game since Rayner took over the reigns.
Both teams will be looking for a win to ensure they remain right up there in the early league table.
