Rusthall were promoted last season for Division One along with Glebe but have made the better start of the two teams in the league. They sit just below mid-table having taking 8 points from their opening 7 games. Their opening few games were away from home as they completed improvements to their ground which opened with the local derby against Tunbridge Wells in front of over 650 people. Their three home fixtures have seen them draw two and win 1.
The Rams are ruing a disappointing performance at Broadbridge Heath on Saturday in a game they would have hoped to have won. Ahead in the first half they lost concentration and were eventually beaten after extra time. However, they will be looking to expend four successive league wins and with it jump back to the top of the table with victory tonight.
Rusthall is situated north-west of Tunbridge Wells or should we say that Tunbridge Wells is situated south-east of Rusthall! Either way the town's station is their nearest transport link. The Jockey Farm ground is off Nellington Road. The game kicks-off at 7.45pm and is one of just four league games this evening.
