K Sports are the visitors on Saturday as the league season gets back underway following the festive season.

K Sports, promoted last season, come into the game in good form having won four of their last five games. The only blip being the draw in the reverse fixture. Wins at Sheppey United and at home to Bearsted gave them maximum points over the Christmas period.

The Rams won one and lost one of their two home games having beaten Croydon but then lost to league leaders Fisher to lose their unbeaten home record. Kevin Rayner will be wanting to get the side back to winning ways for the start of the new year.

Eight league fixtures take place on Saturday. Fisher (1st) travel to Deal Town (7th); Beckenham Town (2nd) are at home to Hollands & Blair (18th); Corinthian (3rd) are at Crowborough Athletic (14th); Chatham Town (4th) entertain Erith Town (15th); Sheppey United (6th) host Lordswood (11th), Glebe (13th) travel to Croydon (20th) and Tunbridge Wells (16th) make the journey to take on Punjab United (17th). Three teams compete in the FA Vase and we send them our good wishes as Bearsted host Abbey Rangers; Cray Valley PM entertain Baffins Milton Rovers and on Sunday Canterbury City are at home to Newport Pagnell Town.

It promises to be a bright day with some sunshine although temperatures are expected only to get up to 4 or 5 degrees. A light westerly will add a chill but there is no rain forecast.
