Emley are coming off a 2-1 midweek away win against Ollerton Town, where last week’s player to watch Alex Slack scored in back to back games against Ollerton. The goal was his third goal in his last four games, he is a man in form and will look to make it four goals in five games this weekend.

The last time these two teams met on October 28th 2017, Rangers came away with all three points in a 2-1 win. Emley have scored two or more goals in the last three games that they have found the back of the net in, and are far from shy in front of goal, the home side will look to add to this promising statistic.

This weekends game is the first of seven games the Pewits will play in a busy three-week period as the season winds down.

Despite a mixed run of results consisting of two wins, two losses and one draw, Winterton Rangers sit 7th in the table, only outside the playoffs on goal difference, however 6th place Hallam have three games in hand, so every game is a must win for Winterton if they want the final play off spot.

Rangers came up short in their last fixture losing 4-3 away to Hallam thanks to a 90th minute goal, however Luke Anderson scored a hat-trick, bringing his goal tally for the season to 26 in all competitions. He will look to add to that tally this weekend.
