In what will be one of the toughest contests of the season, AFC Emley face one of the strongest defensive sides in the league. Eccleshill have completely shut out there opposition repeatedly this season, keeping 11 clean sheets!

The game will also have an internal battle, Emley's own Lewis Dickinson sits 1 goal behind Eccleshill forward Luke Harrop in the top scorers list, Dickinson with 12 league goals and Harrop with 13. Both players will be looking to get the better of eachother.

Their is a further goal threat in Eccleshill's side, in the form of Johnathon Irving with 15 league goals this season, the Emley back line will be put to the ultimate test.

However last time out the visitors suffered a 2-0 loss to 8th place side Glasshouton Welfare, so Emley's success may lie in an early goal to further damage Eccleshill's spirit.

A win could potentially see Emley rise 8th with a game in hand, and put a foot in the door as play off place contenders going into 2018.
