The K's continued their preseason strife with a laboured performance against LFB Utd at Manor Road.

The K's conceded a spectacular goal early on when a midfielder pounced on a low kick from returning keeper Jay Powell was lobbed back in to the net from near the halfway line.

The K's were two down shortly after when Greg Turner headed on to his own bar leaving a forward with an easy tap in.

There was hope just before half time when Chris Bessex chased a defender down and he handed the ball to Mike Swanson to fire in to the near post.

The K's had the better of the 2nd half but ended up on the wrong wend of the result again.
