AFCK Sundays kick off
Draw in first preseason game
AFC Keynsham Sundays started their preseason preparations with a 2-2 draw with Lockleaze at Southmead Community Sports Centre.
The K's were pleased to welcome back Gary White and Jason Lock from long absences, as well as the full time returns of Adam Waples and Jim Ahearn.
Keynsham fell 2-0 behind after sloppy defending had given up two good chances.
The blues fought back with Jim Ahearn taking one of the K's multiple opportunities after latching on to a mix up and running clear.
The comeback was complete minutes later when Jason Lock hammered a ball in to the corridor of uncertainty and a defender stuck his foot out to notch an OG.
K's came close to winning it a few time, none closer than Waples who hit the bar from 20 yards back in the final moments.
