The current club secretary and treasurer, Dave was largely responsible for the club forming a reserves team in 2014 and was the reserves manager until midway throughout the 2015-2016 season.Before that, Dave was the assistant manager to Darryl Peck for what was to become the first team from 2011 to 2014.
As a player, Dave joined the club in 2008 when they were called Three Horseshoes in Division three of the Long Eaton Sunday League. He was named club captain for his first season, which resulted in a third place finish and a Junior cup triumph.
