Due to the change in venue for this years event, we will be asking for anyone attending the evening to purchase a ticket. Tickets will be charged at £10 per person (adults, children and players) and this includes food. The bar at the hotel will be open from 7pm on both evenings.

As part of the evening, each academy player will be presented with a memento of being part of the academy squads for 2014/15 season. This will be followed by the main awards ceremony. The awards we will be awarding are Coaches Player of the Year and Players Player of the Year for each squad, and we will also be a Foundation Phase Academy Player of the Year and an Overall Academy Player of the Year.

The dress code for players attending the event is Academy Polo Shirt, Black Trousers and Black shoes. For parents St Davids Park have requested smart casual dress.

In order to purchase your tickets for this years events please download the form attached at the bottom of the news article and return the slip at the bottom and return it to either Academy Director Lee Starkey, Academy Technical Director Dave Riley or your age group coach. Please ensure the players name is on the envelope and correct payment is included.

We must have received all payments by FRIDAY 1 MAY.
