Academy products on the scoresheet as NEWFA U18 win

Academy products Rhys Hewitt, Charlie Short and Callum Burridge were all on the scoresheet for NEWFA U18 last night as they defeated Central Wales by 7 goals to 1.

Right back Hewitt opened the scoring after seven minutes, before central midfielder Short netted the second before a Burridge double gave NEWFA a 4-0 win at half time.

Further second half goals from Cai Parry, Joe Palmer and Iwan Rogers rounded off a comfortable win for the defending champions.

Well done to all of the Young Wingmakers who featured in the game for NEWFA.
