Dave Riley and Rhys Hewitt's U13 squad picked where they left off after their weather enforced fortnight off, claiming a resounding 15-1 win over Cefn Druids.
Druids shocked the hosts early on by opening the scoring, but 5 goals from Connor Cox, a hat trick apiece from Lucas Jackson and Joe Baty and singles from Ellis Hickey, Rees Allen, Alex Bebb and Ethan Davies rounded off a good mornings work for the U13.
Dylan Allshorn scored goal of the day as the U15 also secured a 6-2 win over Cefn Druids. He was assisted in front of goal by Sam McCormick, Oli Lanceley, George Peers and Toby Vickery.
It was a very pleasing performance from back to front for the U15 who reverted back to type following a defeat to Rhyl on monday night.
On Saturday the U14 welcomed Football League side Rochdale to Broughton as they looked to continue their excellent run of form. The game ended 6-2 to wingmakers with Sam Robinson bagging a brace and singles from Elliot Bull, Ben Swift and Stu McHarrie.
The Youth Development Phase squads are back in action this weekend with the Academy Cup programme continuing with a trip to Conwy Borough. Meanwhile the U13 and U15 will travel to the new Quay3G facility at Connahs Quay High School to face fellow Flintshire side gap Connahs Quay.
