Pre-Season Training
Pre-Season set for a big start under Assistant Coach, Jamie Oliver!!!
Bulldogs pre-season training is set to start on WEDNESDAY 16TH MAY 2012!
This year will see Assistant Coach Jamie Oliver, brother of head coach Craig, leading the sessions for the first time!
Jamie is determined to push the team forward after last years respectable showing in Pennine League Division 1 and is quoted as saying "I've got a real passion for this team and want to see us perform to full potential!" he went on "in past pre-seasons people saw it as a bit of a laugh but not this year, I'm all up for joking around but I want committment and energy into these sessions as that will ultimately dictate where we finish up at the end of the season!"
A tough pre-season looks to be in offing but as Jamie said 'we will only get out what we put in' so all lads who are wanting a place in the XVII will need to get down and prove they're worth their shirt!
Training will begin between 6-6.30 with changing/showering facilities available so any new lads who are looking to either join a club, or just work on fitness, are more than welcome!
Furthermore the club are still looking for a MAIN SHIRT SPONSOR in order to purchase a new kit and request that any players/fans/business owners reading this contact the club ASAP if they have any information with regards to possible partnerships!
