We are delighted to hear today that Drew Thompson from the Alnwick U15's after initially being selected to join a squad of 75 county players along with 4 of his team mates has been selected to join the Falcons Academy for Assessment as part of the U15's Falcons Academy Player Group. This will mean 4 weeks of rigorous training and assessment, but we all know that if anyone can do it Drew can. His attitude has been exemplary as he has pushed himself all the time to improve and realise his ambition of becoming a professional Rugby Player. All the coaches, parents and of course his team mates wish him the best of luck, and we look forward to seeing his career blossom.
