Please note the following with regard to this years AGM being held on 6th July 2016.
With Wales continued involvement in Euro 2016 it has been decided to bring forward the commencement time of the AGM.
This will therefore immediately follow on after the scheduled Committee meeting which is due to start at 7pm and is not anticipated to last very long as the only item on that agenda is approval of club membership applications. It is likely therefore that the AGM will commence at 7.10pm.
The Agenda for the AGM will be available on the website later this evening.
Whilst all supporters are welcome to attend the AGM it should be pointed out that, in accordance with the Clubs Constitution, only registered club members may participate in any vote on any item on the Agenda and election of members to the Club Committee.
