HIGH SCORING DRAW AT ECCLESHALL

Alsager Town lost their one hundred away record but remain unbeaten on their travels after having to settle for a point at bottom club Eccleshall in the Hallmark Security League First Division on Wednesday evening.
The Bullets took an early lead through Taylor Attrell, Eccleshall levelled on 40mins before Michael Lennon put them back in front just before the break. Lennon got his second goal three minutes into the restart to make it 3-1 before Eccleshall reduced the arrears just before the hour. Lennon completed his hat-trick two minutes later to make it 4-2 and the Bullets looked all set for another three points on the road, but two Mitchell Brown efforts earned the home side only their second point of the season.
