After another very disappointing result last Saturday, Craig Wood stepped down as 1st XI captain. The decision was made by the committee to appoint a new captain quickly. So on Sunday chairman Steve Palmer announced that Kieron Holliday would take over the 1st XI captaincy with Ryan Lethbridge as his Vice Captain.
