Would parking arrangements not be a better way to spend the money? Buildings, especially the changing rooms are problematic and will consume ever increasing amounts of money to maintain. We are looking to maximise the existing parking space with a working party. |

Won't a balcony area increase problems with illegal access? We believe that the flat roofs on the existing changing rooms already present a security risk which would be replaced with a pitched roof meaning that the situation is no worse off. |

I've heard a few conversations that some of the members aren't happy with the terribly low pay that the staff receive. Maybe some of the money should be spent there??? Just going off what I've heard!! |

Not sure where they are coming from, but they seem to make an awful lot of sense. |

Can we afford it? The club intends to raise the money through fundraising efforts, grants and a loan from the RFU. The fundraising will specifically create ongoing activities which would provide additional income to the club to cover repayments. The new developments would also mean that ongoing club refurbishments would be low. Over the past 3 years the club has spent over £35k on this. |

Won't the design create a "hot spot" for trouble which is hidden from view? It will potentially extend an existing area where people can be hidden from the road and neighbours. We cannot allow this to prevent us from developing the club and we will consult with police to look at enhanced measures to reduce the risk. |

To maximise the use of space there will be a combined physio room and Ref changing room - How will this work? The idea is that the physio will use the Ref's changing room as a treatment room during the week i.e. during training sessions etc. On match days the physio will work within the team changing rooms, as is currently the case, so the Ref's room is free for officials only. |
