3. Directions from M1 link road
DIRECTIONS - From M1/A1 Link Road :
Exit Junction 46 at Colton.
If exiting Northbound, you will need to head straight over the junction as if rejoining the Motorway. At the next Roundabout, take the second exit onto the dual carriageway, keeping the Spring Retail complex on your left.
If exiting Southbound, take the second exit at the roundabout and head under the motorway. At the next roundabout, take your second exit (turn right) (Note this would be the third road as the first road is entry to the roundabout only). This will take you onto a dual carriageway with the Spring Shopping complex on your left.
All Routes:
At the next roundabout, head straight across (second exit). This will take you under an overpass.
At the next roundabout, turn right.
This will take you onto a short country lane. Follow the road as it bends to the right and through the farm. Please drive slowly (10 mph) as this is a working farm.
