Club Tour to Belfast is well in the planning stage. We’ve had plenty of verbal interest from players and non-players alike. The only down side being we’ve not received the deposits so we can confirm the tour. If we don’t get numbers it will not be viable to go so it’s really in your hands. It has been a long held ambition to run a ‘Whole Club Tour’ with all three teams taking an active role. With us in our 70th Anniversary year it would be quite an event to get us all together travelling to Belfast and representing the club oversees.
Everyone is invited whether you play, watch, volunteer, organise or all of the above.
It’s an old saying and a bit of a cliche but it’ll only be as good as you make it.
On behalf of Nev Pickard and the Tour Committee can I ask all of those who want to tour to dig deep and get the deposits in. If you’re unable to pay now please let any of the team managers know so we can start to put working plans into action.
For those who have toured before and know how epic they can be please promote touring to your fellow team mates and let’s get on the bus.
