Don't get left behind....be there from the start and get the hard work done early!
Ards RFC pre season training commences on:
Tuesday 1st July at 7pm at Hamilton Park
Training will continue every Tuesday and Thurday at 7pm
There will also be training on Saturday's....but it has yet to be agreed whether this will be in the morning or afternoon.
