Ards Under 17s in Ulster Bowl Final

After defeating Monaghan 12-11 on Saturday past at Hamilton Park Ards U17s meet Ballynahinch in the Bowl Final on Saturday.

The Ulster Carpets Youth Bowl Finals will be played at Mid-Ulster Sport Area, Cookstown on Saturday 19th April from 10.30am.

This is a great achievement for the Under 17 squad and their performances have improved every week under the guidance of Youth Convenor Ricky Sadler and Coaches Alan McHugh and Alex Holywood.

Last week the team received a new set of jerseys generously sponsored by Warren Simpson from Citrix Byte Mobile, Robin Ferguson from Chemical Treatment Services (CTS), Amanda Nutt from Trophies by Design, Brian Glenn from Gordon Watters Dental Laboratory Ltd and Alan Wilson from Bags of Bounce.

Everyone at Ards wishes the Under 17s the best of luck on Saturday and hopefully they'll bring the silverware home!
