We Are Delighted To Announce the signing of Jack Bonham on loan From Brentford Football Club
The 19-year-old joined Brentford in the summer after he was released by Watford.
He had previously been on trial with The Bees and signed a two-year-contract at Griffin Park.
Jack completed his move to the Arlesey this afternoon and will be available for Our FA Trophy Third Round Qualifying match against Marlow tomorrow, Saturday November 16.
He will remain with Arlesey initially until January 2.
Mark Warburton, Brentford FC Sporting Director, said: “Jack is only 19 years of age.
“We know all about his strengths in terms of shot stopping and distribution.
“Jack is a young goalkeeper and now needs to go out and develop with match experience that allows him to work on his decision making.
“This loan move allows Jack to train with us during the week and then gain match experience.
“We will review how it is going in January and look to either extend it or bring him back depending on what is best for the player and the Club.”
Jack, who has represented the Republic of Ireland at Under-17 level, signed a two year contract at Griffin Park.
He made his Brentford debut in a Capital One Cup win against Dagenham and Redbridge in August and has played three games for The Bees this season.
A Spokesperson from Arlesey Commented: 'We are delighted to have been able to sign Jack on loan from Brentford, He was offered to us and we couldn't turn down the opportunity to take him on. Jack Is a Local lad Being from Henlow so it gave us even more incentive to have him involved with the club.
