Three Crowns Vs Arley CC

Tonight we are at 'Wilden Top' against the Three Crowns, the night is hot and sunny, so we hope there is a good supply of beer.

Three Crowns batted first and scored 91 with a couple of good outfield catches taken, with Rich Tromans and Matt Watkins taking 2 wickets each.

So Arley needing 92 to remain unbeaten so far this season. Arley started slowly against an accurate opening spell of fast bowling. A couple of wickets were taken but Matt Watkins made a steady 21.

The innings was 'Achored' by Andy Bayliss with 36* with two big sixes towards the end settled the nerves. A lot of extras also helped us to another win.

There is also another bit of interest on the telly as some semi-final football is on, but it's summer not winter!
