Code of Conduct
1.The right of admission is reserved to Armthorpe Welfare FC.
2.Any person who fails to comply with instructions from anyone acting on behalf of the club may be ejected from the ground.
3.The following are offences under the Football (Offences) Act 1991 and are strictly forbidden within the ground:
3.1.The throwing of any object within the ground
3.2.The use of foul or abusive language, obscene chanting or racial abuse towards any person
3.3.Unauthorised entry onto the field of play unless in an emergency
4.Unnecessary noise from items such as mobile telephones, radios, iPods etc. and behaviour likely to cause nuisance of any kind, including foul or abusive language is not permitted in any part of the ground.
5.The climbing onto, or into any stand or building within the ground is strictly forbidden.
6.Anyone gaining unauthorised access to the ground, such as over an exterior wall, will be ejected from the ground immediately.
7.The consumption of alcohol is not permitted anywhere in the ground.
8.Fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, glass bottles and other similar articles that may be deemed dangerous, or could be used as a weapon are not permitted within the ground. Any person found with such items may be refused entry, or ejected from the ground.
9.Smoking is not permitted in any covered area of the ground.
10.Persistent standing is not permitted in the main stand or on any yellow markings during play. Anyone found standing in these areas will be asked to sit down or move; failure to comply will result in ejection from the ground.
11.Anyone found defacing or destroying any property of Armthorpe Welfare FC will be prosecuted.
12.All persons entering the ground are admitted only subject to the above rules. All persons entering the ground is deemed to constitute acceptance of the rules.
13.Armthorpe Welfare FC cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property whilst in the ground.
14.All spectators entering the ground do so at their own risk.
Armthorpe Welfare FC reserves the right to remove any person from the ground who is in breach of the above rules, or whose presence in the ground is, or could be reasonably construed as being a source of danger or nuisance to other spectators.
