With outstanding performances across the team, the Royal Navy had little hope of finishing anything but second place in this match. The level of fitness, aggression and dynamic play from the Army made this a fantastic game for the spectator.

Army Academy Coach Staff Sergeant Rids Ridsdel said “We have an excellent set of lads within the Academy set up, who are prepared to work hard and take on board any advice you give them. The Royal Navy provided a good opposition but couldn’t cope with our speed of play and desire to dominate the opposition. This season has set a strong foundation for the expansion of success for Army Rugby League”
