This form is to register Junior players (U13+) for this years Summer Camp. The camp will again be at Ashby School (Leicester Road site) and is the week of 13th - 17th August. Juniors can just do morning rugby coaching sessions and then leave at lunchtime if they wish or they can do all day. Please complete the form accordingly. We hope to bring in high level guest coaches to take this group in morning sessions.

This is the form to register all Mini (U7 - U12) age group players for this years Summer Camp. The price has again been kept at £20 per day or £80 for all 5 days. We are this year offering a "late pick up" option for a small charge. The camp will again be at Ashby Schools Leicester Road site and will run from Monday 13th to Friday 17th August.

All Under 7's, all Under 13's and all new players will need to complete this form and return to Jane Whittle (or their coach) along with the necessary passport photos.

If you wish to take photos or videos of your child/children and their team, you will need to complete this form and return to Jane Whittle please.

This must be completed and returned with correct subscription fee by 25th September to Jane Whittle. This is the clubs form. In some instances (all U7's, all U13's and all new players) an RFU form will need to be completed as well.
