SENIOR AND U18'S TOUR
SENIOR TOUR TO SWANSEA DEPOSITS NEED TO BE PAID THIS WEEKAshfield Seniors & U18s will be touring Swansea this year. The bus will leave the Unwin Social Club at 0700 on Sat 28th April & will return late on Sun 29th April 2012. We have a game against Vardre Rugby club for the senior players. Vardre play in SWALEC Leagues - Division 3 South West. They are currently 9th out of eleven teams in their league. We have an U18s match arranged too also against Vardre. KO on the Sat for both matches is at 13h00......Plenty of time for beer afterwards & the next day. We will be staying in the Premier Inn in the centre of Swansea. No need for taxis to town. The total cost for the tour will be £80. We must have an indication of numbers within the next few days. There are 50 places so please book your place quickly to avoid disappointment. To secure your place you will need a £32 deposit. That secures your room for Saturday night. Team Captains please support in collecting deposits for the tour. Deposits can also be given to Les Littlewood or me. Full payment will be due by the 31st March 2012. I would be grateful if you could bring your deposits with you this weekend as the hotel will not hold the rooms at their special price for long. Hope to see as many of you on the tour as we can.
