Update on Nets Fundraising Project

We have currently raised a total of £7,000 towards the £85k total through funds allocated from the club funds, small grants and donations and fund-raising through social events such as the recent quiz night run by the Ladies section.

Although the nets funding sub-committee has had a knock back for one medium-sized (£20k) grant from the SC Johnson Wax Trust, the group is currently working on an application for a significant grant sum from the London Marathon Charitable Trust.
