A club tour is in the process of being organised for Spring 2010.
The tour committee is: Albert Armstrong, Mick Cooper, Carl Hill, Duncan Hendersaon and Michael Main

Approximate cost £90
Cost will vary dependant on numbers attending and room selection
A £20 non returnable deposit is required by Tuesday 3rd November. The hotel will be booked on the 4th November for everyone who has paid their deposit. Anyone who wants to tour but who has not paid their deposit by the 3rd will have to book their own accommodation.
The plan is to leave the Rugby Club at 17:00 on the 30th April and return at 19:00 on 2nd May although the times are subject to change.
The tour destination will be announced at the “PLAY YOUR CARDS RIGHT” fundraising evening on 14th November if it is not leaked before then!
There are two fundraising events planned at the moment and every tourist is expected to attend both evenings. A £10 fine will be imposed for failure to attend either night and a strict no pay no go policy will be adopted The events are:

When you pay your deposit could you please indicate your chest size and your room preference – DOUBLE or TRIPLE. The triple room will be £19 per person cheaper than for a double but is subject to availability.
Deposits can be paid to and event tickets bought from any of the following:

Domino cards will be sold at the club after each home game. Please support them, it is for your benefit.
