Ashton Athletic Football Club is a friendly, progressive
and enthusiastic football club competing in the North
West Counties Football League.
The Club has excellent playing facilities at its
Brocstedes Park complex with two full sized pitches
(one floodlit), a mini soccer pitch, floodlit training
areas and ambitious plans for a third full size pitch and
a second mini soccer pitch served by new changing
rooms.
An active 14 strong committee is driving the club
forward, dedicated to improving standards for its
members and the local community both on and off the
pitch.
The Club is committed to a recent but already
successful youth development policy with teams from
under 8 through to under 18 age groups. FA qualified
Coaches organise regular coaching and training sessions
at quality venues throughout the season and the club is
constantly seeking to improve its playing resources at
adult and youth levels.
