Ashtons U7s had a fun morning in Audenshaw playing three games and showing improved tagging and teamwork in an enjojable mornings rugby, well done too all teams and thanks to our hosts.
Ashtons U16s entertained Broughton Park with Jack PIETSCH 3, Jake Calaghan, Isaac Kellet, Aron Lancaster, Callum Taylor and Louis Worthington getting tries,conversions Joel P 3, Louis Worthington and Dom Jackson.
The Colts scored first through Alex Galbraith, Oldham equalised and went through in the Cup as the away team, Ashton were very unlucky as Tom Ashley was held up over the line in the last play, we wish the Oldham injured player a speedy recovery.
It was great to see the Colts play so well on the first team pitch in front of a good sized crowd.

Ashton U14s travelled to Old Bedians to play a round robin v Sedgley . Bedians were short so Ashton joined forces with their hosts to beat Sedgley 48-26. Tom Ainsworth 4 tries 3 conversions, Matt Cope 1 and 3 tries from Old Bediansplus a conversion. Tom MacKowaik was Man of the Match and the lads awarded Callum from Bedians bosh of the week. All players got good game time.
