Ashton v Cheadle
Ashton's U12's put in a spirited performance against Cheadle
The Cheadle coach thanked the Ashton players, Bethany Walker and Declan Morton who helped Cheadle to victory and was impressed with the effort that all the Ashton players had put in to make it a great game. Coach Newall said “Lacrosse was the winner today, both teams were evenly matched but Cheadle were sharper in the attacking 3rd. It was great to see our more experienced players supporting the younger ones which is what playing for this team is all about”. Ashton travel to Norbury at the weekend as they look to get back to winning ways.

daniel rogers - over 3 years agono its not you he said "Dominique Nuttall and jack jones put in fine performances at the heart of the deference and daniel rogers, jack newal"
Di Allen - over 2 years agoDaniel, if you go back to look at Anthony's report you'll see that he said "Dominique Nuttall and Jack Jones put in fine performances at the heart of the defence" He then went on to say "Daniel Rogers, Jack Newall and Morton Williams worked hard in the midfield. He actually put in 'and' which is a connective to join the 2 sentences so there was no full stop after '..the heart of the defence'
I think your confusion came from your names being highlighted in red.
HOWEVER, he did say that both you and Jack N together with Morton played hard in midfield so well done! keep it up guys.!!
kevin newall - over 2 years agothanks for clearing that up di.
