Ashton Lacrosse Club Welcome all new players
Ashton Lacrosse Club welcome all new recruits to come along to Junior training at Rosehill School Ashton on Monday evenings from 6.30pm until 7.30 pm on the astro. The sessions teach the basics of throwing and catching and then progress on to team play and preparation for matches.
American coach Andrew Miller leads with way with top tips and drills.
The first session is free and then only £2.
