The club is delighted that the Evo-stik Northern Premier League Premier Division Manager of the Month Award for February has gone to Danny Johnson.
With three straight League victories on the back of two more in January recent form has seen us climb to 8th in the table, a target Johnson has said he wanted to achieve come seasons end. Top of the pile, on current form, there are not many who would bet against the club remaining in 8th spot or even achieving greater ambition.
Danny will no doubt acknowledge that this award is a reward for all the hard work put in by the backroom team week in and week out to shape a squad capable of beating anyone in the League.
Danny will be presented with the award at the home game against Stocksbriidge Park Steels on Saturday 17th March. Let's see if we can get numbers along to celebrate this fantastic achievement.
