It’s finally been confirmed. On Wednesday 15th April 2015, Ashton United will be holding an auction of high-quality football and sports memorabilia to boost club development funds.

You will be able to spend a night of fun and laughter at the club, with a top comedian booked, alongside top class food and the chance of grabbing some rare sporting memorabilia in the process. The best bit being tickets cost only £10... Yes £10!

Doors open at 7:00pm for you to enjoy the social clubs many beverages and view the memorabilia on show, before you commence the challenge of outbidding other interested parties to get your preferred purchase later on that evening.

After watching comedian Mark Ritchie in action, you will be treated to a meal (potato pie supper) at 9:00pm before the sporting memorabilia comes out and the real fun happens!

We already have signed football memorabilia including a signed Manchester City FA Cup ball, Antony Stokes signed shirt and a boxing glove signed by ‘WBO Inter-Continental Lightweight Title’ holding fighter Anthony ‘Million Dollar’ Crolla. With many more items available for bidding come April.

We at Ashton United are fiercely ambitious and are looking at new ways to bring resources into the club. We are always looking for more donations and now is the time to search your loft, garage and any wardrobes for sporting memorabilia you may no longer want or need and donate it to the club.

There is only room for 90 people (gentleman's evening), so expect tickets to be gone in a matter of weeks. Act quickly for your chance to win a seat at this prestigious evening.

If you feel you can help donate memorabilia or want to book a ticket for the evening please contact Alan Sneddon on 07469145550 or webmaster@ashtonutd.com and we will arrange to receive your donation.

The club is very grateful once again to the power of our fans volunteering their services. This event has been organised by Robins' supporters Ken Philburn and Alan Sneddon. Gentlemen we applaud your efforts!

Please give your support.
